Account Deletion

Learn Advance Trading by VAL is an educational app. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or real-money trading services.

The app currently does not provide a dedicated in-app self-service account deletion button. Account and data deletion requests are handled manually by email.

How To Request Deletion

Send your request to edilval83@gmail.com with a subject such as Account Deletion Request - Learn Advance Trading or Data Deletion Request - Learn Advance Trading.

Please include:

  • The email address used for Google sign-in, if applicable
  • Whether you used guest mode or signed-in mode
  • A short statement requesting account or data deletion
  • Any details that help identify the correct account or learner record

For security, do not send passwords, banking information, broker credentials, exchange credentials, or wallet private keys.

What May Be Deleted

  • App account profile data linked to the backend
  • Learning progress stored on the backend
  • Bookmarks stored on the backend
  • Backend-linked learner summary records
  • Backend-linked session records that are no longer needed

What May Remain On Your Device

  • Cached lesson images
  • Local appearance settings
  • Local guest data
  • Temporary files
  • Locally stored session data until sign-out, clear storage, or uninstall

You can also remove local app data by signing out, clearing app storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the app.

What May Be Retained

  • Legal compliance obligations
  • Security and fraud prevention records
  • Abuse prevention records
  • Support history needed to resolve an open request
  • Dispute resolution records
  • Backups or operational recovery records kept for a limited period

Review Timeline

Deletion requests are reviewed manually. Processing time can vary depending on account verification, system checks, and whether retention is required for a valid security, legal, or operational reason.

If an account is deleted, some related learning progress or bookmarks may not be recoverable.
