Deletion requests by email.

The current app does not provide a fully automated self-service deletion flow. Account and data deletion requests are handled manually through support.

How To Request Deletion

Email edilval83@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request - Learn Advance Trading or Data Deletion Request - Learn Advance Trading.

Include the email address used for Google sign-in, if applicable
State whether you mainly used guest mode or signed-in mode
Add details that help identify the correct account or session

What May Be Deleted

Deletion may include account profile data, learning progress, bookmarks, learner summary records, AI Tutor usage history where operationally appropriate, and active backend session records that are no longer needed.

What May Remain

Cached images, local settings, local guest data, temporary files, and local session data may remain on the device until sign-out, app storage clearing, or uninstall.

What May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, billing history, support history, dispute resolution, backups, or operational recovery.
